Quick answers
How does the group watch a round?
One person scores. Everyone else opens Wolfbite, taps Watch a round on the Home screen and enters the 5-digit join code from the scorer's screen. Spectators see every score, bet and partner pick as it happens, on iPhone or Android.
How do we change who scores?
The scorer opens the menu on the scoring screen and chooses Hand off scoring, then picks one of the phones following the round. That phone takes over at the current hole and the old scorer becomes a spectator.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. The round is kept on the scorer's phone and sent to the server when a connection returns. Spectators catch up when it does.
Is the app a betting service?
No. Wolfbite records the bets your group agrees to and works out the payouts. No money passes through the app. The optional Venmo link only opens Venmo with an amount filled in.
Subscriptions
The annual subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or ask for a refund, use the store's Subscriptions page; we cannot change a subscription from our side.
